Job Description Job Description
Research and develop potential sales and sponsorship opportunites for each event by referrals internet, competitor events, media, sponsors etc.
Effectively manage the delivery of the sales and sponsorship opportunities contract
Organize and administer all sales and sponsorship opportunities deliverables activities.
Assisting in the development of sales collateral, proposal & conduct Sponsorship research
Assisting with accounts team for invoices and follow up on the payment.
Actively support the other Sales, Marketing colleagues in integrating any new partner organizations
Achieving and exceeding monthly/quarterly targets.
Maintains professional knowledge by reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, participating in professional societies and forums.
Making Invites to the Brand side and confirming their presence.
Selling to the potential brand sides and renewals/upgrades to existing members.
Maintain accurate records of the leads.
Follows up on all prospects by using established sales force system and Updating it with review calls or most recent client interactions.
Make weekly reports
Updating and sharing the emailers , brochures, event announcements etc. to the concerning brand side member.
Conduct sales meetings, telecalls and web meetings as necessary to initiate contact level with the prospective accounts.
Keep precise records of conversations with all client sponsors
Update the company database as required on CRM System.
Providing Training and development to the subordinates.
Open to travel for meetings and events etc.
Data curation of Start ups, VC and new companies.
To coordinate and follow up for the post Event analysis / feedback/survey report / case study with the client side.
Must be a confident communicator and presenter
Be able to network and forge new relationships quickly
Have good command over spoken and written English
Be able to grasp marketing & advertising concepts and new media information quickly
Superior project management and time management skills
A wide degree of creativity and latitude
Strong knowledge and understanding of current trends in digital media/social media
Self motivated with a positive and professional approach to management
MBA in marketing preferred
