Job Description Job description :

Responsible for driving Email Execution, Campaign Testing, Reporting and Analysis
Designing and conducting survey and compiling the results.
Delivering reliable administrative support and patron service in terms of getting the documents, profile and pics and updating on the microsites.
Manage systems related to ticketing, registration, payment collection, attendees, delegates, event community, promotion & marketing, CRM management and event apps.
Finalising and booking the venues and negotiate fees, calculate budgets and adjust when necessary.
Controlling the logistics of the event and coordinating at the venue.
Work closely to turn campaign requirements, content and creative into personal and measurable marketing campaigns.
Tasks include robust eCatalog improvements, email marketing, search engine optimization, social networking, web advertising, online training/webinars
Handling the Awards Management system and conducting Judging and preparation of final results.
Complete sales forecasts and sales activity reports and presentations in a timelymanner.
Working closely with Sales people on various business projects and providing support.
To manage the critical documentation at every point of time
Ensure day of event goes smoothly.
Must be a confident communicator and presenter
Be able to network and forge new relationships quickly
Have good command over spoken and written English
Be able to grasp marketing & advertising concepts and new media information quickly
Superior project management and time management skills
A wide degree of creativity and latitude
Strong knowledge and understanding of current trends in digital media/social media
Self motivated with a positive and professional approach to management
MBA in marketing preferred
